Born and raised in Newcastle, I’ve always been drawn to sports and the outdoors. This passion led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle, along with my Certificate III & IV in Fitness.

Newcastle based Accredited Practising Dietitian and Personal Trainer, I work with clients managing:
Chronic conditions – Type 2 Diabetes, heart disease, and autoimmune conditions
Gut health issues – IBS, IBD, bloating, food intolerances, and allergies
Eating disorders & disordered eating – Helping you rebuild a balanced relationship with food
Performance nutrition – Optimizing body composition, energy, and exercise recovery
Mental health & nutrition – Supporting mood, stress management, and overall well-being through diet

Metabolic Dysfunction – A low carb diet or ketogenic diet helps restore metabolic function by improving insulin sensitivity and stabilizing blood sugar levels.

Achieve Dietitian – A Practical Approach to Health & Nutrition

At Achieve Dietitian, the goal is simple: to help you achieve your health goals. Whether it’s putting diabetes into remission, increasing energy, or eating without fear of digestive issues, we use evidence-based interventions tailored to your lifestyle.

You’re in the driver’s seat. You set the goals, and we help you reach them through using science-backed protocols:
Low-carb diet or ketogenic diet for management of conditions including diabetes, PCOS and mental health.
Low-FODMAP and gut-friendly strategies for IBS and digestive issues.
High-protein nutrition for body recomposition and muscle recovery.
Elimination diets for food intolerances and autoimmune conditions.

Achieve Dietitian isn’t your typical dietetic practice. You won’t find pictures of colourful breakfast bowls or trendy salads here. Don’t get us wrong, we love food. But our focus is on nutrient-dense eating that supports real outcomes. Whether that’s managing a chronic condition or improving gut health, what matters is what works for you, not just what looks good on Instagram.
