I am passionate about using low-carb and ketogenic diets to treat a range of health conditions conditions. My family history of Type 2 diabetes led me to explore low-carb approaches, and through research and experience, I’ve seen its powerful impact on improving health. Following a low carb diet myself, I now have steady energy throughout the day, less brain fog, and find myself snacking less. I just feel more focused and clear overall.
